Hi,
as i am trying to connect an alarm i have to find a lot of wires.
Is it possible to get a wiring diagram over the A3 somewhere ?
Else i hope someone have some experience.
I need to find the wires for the following:
The central locking,
The horn,
Left and right turning light (the indicators),
Turning the lights on in the trunk,
Switchs in the doors which tells if they are closed or open.
Entering light in the front
I have found out that the brown plug on the left just next to the front releaser have something to do with the central locking, but which one is doing exactly what i cant figure out precise, but 2 or 3 of the wires in the plug triggers by getting (-).
I have also found out that the black / white cable going from the trunk to the front in the left side is triggered by (-) and turns on the light in the trunk when getting (-), soo i guess it should be allright.
I guess that the wire for the horn and the left/right turning light (the indicators) are probably in the same bundle of wires comming from the control stick on the left side of the stearing wheel, but which wire is for what i dont know.
hope someone can help me a bit futher

OK, let´s see if my english teacher did a good job 
I don´t think you´ll get a wiring diagram through the internet. Those wiring plans are copyrighted from the manufacturer and are not published via the internet.
Maybe you can get such a „repair your car by yourself“ book. Those books contain these wiring plans you´re searching for.

Some guys are selling stuff like this by eBay. There you’ll often find wiring plans, normally created by the manufacturer for the mechanics.

that´s what I found out :
(but without warranty !!!)
horn : 0.35² brown/blue
left indicator : between 1,0² brown for Ground, signal is on 1,0² black/black
right indicator : between 1,0² brown for Ground, signal is on 1,0² black/green
Turning the lights on in the trunk :
The Light switch ist between wires 2,5² black/red (signal Ground) and 1,5² yellow/green
Door-switches :
Front-Doors, right side : between 0.35² brown for signal ground and 0,35² brown/black (and 0,35² brown/white)
Front-Doors, drivers side : between 0.35² brown for signal ground and 0,35² brown/yellow
Do you have a 4-door or a 2-door-model ? The rear doors are also switched.
