RH wheels - what's up about the adapter system ?

Hi,

i just wanted to know if it is possible to use their wheels without the adapters ?

It is because they have AD-cup which inst delivered with adapters and have ET 37.

I need ET 37, soo they should just perfect i guess, but the question is of course if i am able to use their wheels without the adapters ?

hope anyone have time to help and knows about it (and understands what i am writting)

The pitch circle diameter doesn´t fit. You need 5x100 for an A3 but without adapter the diameter will be different (larger).

Hi Martin,

the ET of the AD-Cup given on the homepage is the ET of the Wheel including the adapter. The ET of the wheel only is 50 to 55 mm. The wheel isn´t to use without an Adapter.

I have the AH-Turbo and they have an ET of 52 and with the 20mm adapter (5x130 to 5x100) the ET is 32mm.

You also wrote, that you are planning to use the S3 - Fenders (Kotflügel) on your car. Then ET 37 won´t look good. You will need an ET smaller the 30 to fit the wheel with the Fender.

greetings Bernhard

Hi,

thanks for the answer but it isnt for an Audi A3

If you look at their price list, in the top of the AD-cup coloum, there is wheels listed which doesnt have adapters included, and without adapters, they have ET 37 (also some with ET 33).

It says that it is without adapters, and if i fit adapters on the wheels with ET 37 i guess it will be very low and no cars would be able to use them.

I find it a bit strange to write which ET the wheels would have, because normally you can use whatever adapters you like (size), also there is written that it is without adapters :-/

Also it is not all wheel sizes which is available without the adapters and low ET.

Thats why i think it should actually be possible to use the wheels without the adapters (the ones from the top of the list - AD cup).

but am i tottaly wrong ?
