hi martin,
the problem is, that this wheels are put together with some special glue (ore something else), so it´s very difficult, to put them together again.
I heard that the air in the wheel may went out (easier and faster), because you won´t get the two parts of the wheels thight together.
Aren´t there in denmark no spcialists for wheels, who you can ask?
maybe they can help you better on your problem…

Denmark is such a small country and no one really specalizes in that here (i guess there is no money in it).
There is one though which is specalized in reparing wheels and polishing and stuff like that. But he couldnt find out how to put them back together, he said that i shouldnt try to take them apart.
I found one on ebay which sells polished 2 and 3 part wheels, i have tried to ask him, but no answer.
He also sells the parts apart.
It is actually no problem to put them back together, they have just been sealed all way round.
You can use normal sealer or the sikaflex glue 211 or 221 (cant remember exactly), it works just fine.
I tried meassuring when i took out the bolts, but it was only 20 nm which i find very low. As far as i know BBS uses somewhere around 50-60 nm or 3 part wheels.
