Hi,
are 9½ x 19" possible in the back ? and should i use ET 35 or ET 40 ?
Will it have effect on the driving skills when i have ET 30 in the front and 35 or 40 in the back ?
Will it give me any problems ?
sorry - 9 1/2 x 19 its to hard for an audi

According to my calculations they should only be 1.5 mm outside of the fenders in the back with ET 40 … 6.5 mm with ET 35…
I can see lots of cars with 9½" wheels on Rieger-tuning.de. Some of them is even with 10"

hey, ich lass es lieber mit dem english…
also, rieger fährt auf a3 ET 13 ohne probleme sagte mir der alex…also, 9,5x19 müsste doch drin sein ohne viel zu tun (fahrwerk??wie tief??) oder BOB?? kann mir fast nicht vorstellen das mann da soweit ziehen muss das man die kotflügel lackieren muss!!!
Das ganze ist sowieso extrem von der Reifenwahl abhängig…
Wenn ne 7,5" ET 50 Felge z.B. mit 225/45’er Bereifung noch 3 cm bis Kotikante hat, heißt das nicht du kannst höchstens bis ET 20 fahren.
änderst du die Reifen auf 205/45 oder sogar 205/40 bekommst du nochmal ne Menge Spielraum, da sich der Reifen ganz anders über die Felge zieht. Da kann die Felge sogar ausm Radkasten rausstehen, trotzdem ist die Lauffläche abgedeckt…
Bei breiteren Felgen (ab 9’’) wird das noch extremer…

i know that 235 / 35/ 19 … 8½ in the width and ET 30 fits in the front …
There is a lot less space in the front compared to the rear end.
Soo i cant understand why it shouldnt be possible to put 235 / 35 / 19 … 9½ in the width and ET 40 in the back.
there is a lot more than 2,54 cm of space left in the back compared to the front.
Also the tires is the same as what fits in the front and the ET is 10 mm less.
Do anybody know if ET 40 or 45 is possible on a A3 ?
Will there be anything wrong in haveing a bigger ET in the back compared to the front ?
by the way, my car should be repainted so it doesnt matter if anything happens to the paint, but i guess it will not be able to roll out the fenders much when i dont want to push up the vertical edge on the fenders. Soo i am only able to pull them out around 5 mm or soo …

what about 9x19 in the back with 235/35/19 and ET 40 ?

I have someone i talk to here on the internet which have 8½"x 19 mounted with 235/35, and ET 30… and they can just keep inside the fenders.
Soo i guess the wheels will be 1.25 cm wider but the ET decreases with 1 cm soo it will only be 2.5 mm wider.
