They look like OZ Superturismo. They are also available in black. Think you should take a look at the OZ product range.

ah, OZ Superturismo are extremely expensive

is there a way to add a colored lip to wheels that don't have it? any foliatec or other solution?

Yeah, there are stickers available or you could do a paint job (which would be more expensive I think). You may look for a shop in your country.

I found out that these alloys are "JE Design", which is a company that does not actually manufactures alloys, they get them from another manufacturer

anyone know which manufacturer might provide them these wheels?

You also get the rim design stripes by foliatec.
